Leadership
Essete G. Abebe is the Founder and CEO of Leaders Advancement and a Certified Member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team.
An award‑winning leader with over 25 years of executive experience across Africa and corporate America, she has held multiple senior leadership roles, including serving as CEO of multinational organizations in Africa and holding senior management positions in corporate America.
Essete is known for her ability to help individuals and organizations grow intentionally, lead authentically, and create lasting impact.
She leverages her global and executive leadership experience to empower leaders through coaching, leadership development, and transformational programs. Essete equips individuals to maximize their potential, expand their influence, and build a legacy rooted in purpose, service, and meaningful impact.
As a devoted wife to her college sweetheart for more than 25 years and mother of four incredible children, she remains deeply committed to inspiring meaningful transformation.
She holds a Master of Public Administration from Grand Canyon University, Arizona and a bachelor’s degree in information science from Addis Ababa University.
